CHURCH SEMINARS
One of DTN’s core convictions is that the church is central to God’s plan of redemption. The Great Commission was given to the church, and it cannot be fulfilled apart from the local church. The church is where disciples are made, matured, and taught to multiply. We encourage churches and equip them to be more faithful and effective in making disciples, planting churches, and sending and serving overseas.
Most of the time, multiple seminars are delivered at a conference-style event held at the local church. Here is a sample of the seminars we have available to serve churches:
A THEOLOGY OF MISSIONS
This is designed to help your church grasp the biblical foundation of missions and to develop a strategy for how the church can honor God through their disciple-making and missions ministries. If you want your church to have a good missiology, and a proper strategy to move forward, start here.
DEVELOPING/
HONING YOUR MISSIONS PROGRAM
This is designed to help your church think through its skills, experience, and global connections to determine a strategy to make a deep impact among the nations. By providing sample templates and effective steps for a path forward, this workshop is very practical for churches of all sizes and missions experience.
PARTNERING IN PLANTING
This is designed for churches who want to plant other churches stateside or cross-culturally. Does your church or potential planter have questions like: Why plant? What do we plant? or How do we plant?, then this seminar is for you.
SENDING MISSIONARIES WELL
Missionaries face a multitude of challenges. This seminar equips your church to be able to send and shepherd your missionaries well in an effort to keep them on the field and help them succeed at their task. Our practical process will enable you to have a proactive approach to caring for your people around the globe.
