Michael and Sarah Small have been in vocational ministry for 23 years, and have served churches in Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina. For seven years they served as missionaries; first in Ecuador, South America and finally in Niger, West Africa until a family medical need brought them back to the US.

Michael holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University and a Doctor of Education from Southern Seminary. He and Sarah have been married for 25 years and have four amazing children: Jacob, who lives in Georgia with his wife Katrina, and Natalie Grace, Hannah, and Jonathan.

The Smalls live in South Central Kentucky where they serve DTN by:

• Equipping churches to send missionaries,
• Developing theological resources for churches worldwide, and
• Providing church leader training internationally.
