Disciple the Nations is a faith-based mission agency that partners with local churches to send missionaries and teams to make disciples of all nations. This is a team effort that we could not accomplish without a Christ-like staff serving in an array of diverse areas such as missionary care and services, finance, logistics, information technology, church mobilization, and more.
Love for Christ and a desire to glorify God are the motivations of our staff. They are humble partners in ministry, and model a God-honoring work ethic and a Christ-like servanthood. All Disciple the Nations staff must subscribe to one of our statements of belief, be willing to raise their financial support, and be committed to making disciples.
Disciple the Nations is both an equal opportunity employer and a faith-based religious organization. We seek to make all employment decisions, including terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with applicable federal and state employment discrimination laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and EPPA. As a religious organization, Disciple the Nations is entitled to make employment decisions, including hiring decisions, on the basis of religious beliefs and practice of the applicant or employee. All positions require evidence of a personal faith commitment to Jesus Christ and identification with a local church. Disciple the Nations has the right to, and does, hire only candidates who whole-heartedly agree with Disciple the Nation’s Statement of Faith and Core Values.
