MINISTRY INFO

February 2003

Greetings,
I trust and pray that the God of our lives will enable each
of us with grace to be all that He created us for & to find us walking in the ways of His pleasure, bringing joy to His heart this.

As a follow up of my time in the States last year, I’m here (USA) to continue my work on Healing & Reconciliation especially among African Americans and people of African descent as well as help mobilize and train them for short term mission trips abroad. I’ve also been teaching on spiritual awakening, knowing God, intercession & spiritual warfare and following Christ.

I am already planning to give leadership to a training program in Africa, beginning in South Africa in April 2003, which will equip people to be agents of hope & social transformation in Africa. Our focus will be on Discipling and healing the wounds of Africa, training people to be active in every sphere of life from a Christian worldview.

Hope For Africa

-------

My Christmas holiday was filled with times of 'wrestling' to understand God's purpose for Africa & my role in what He's already doing in the continent.

I welcome this New Year 'pregnant' with faith & hope for Africa. There's a certain excitement building up inside of me in the midst of Africa's uncertain future. I'm filled with faith & assurance that the prophetic declaration in Isaiah.60.1-3 and the dream of the banquet in Isaiah.25: 6-8 will begin to unfold in the Nations of Africa.

I'm forever grateful to you for your commitment to give support of any kind as I prepare to pioneer & give leadership to our training program, School of Humanities in South Africa. There's a lot of anticipation for the birthing of God's purposes through this school & the potential release of people who will be messengers of Hope to Africa & to the Nations. The outreach/practical phase of the school is called the Hope project. The “Hope Project” is 4 to 12 weeks field-based internship designed for community transformation & impacting nations in Africa with God’s truth through training & practical expression of Christ’s love. I believe through this program God will raise up “healers”, “builders” and “restorers” who will be key to rebuilding the broken walls in Africa & the nations.

I’m eternally grateful to you for believing in Me, supporting God’s call on me & standing with me all the way.

Thank you & May God richly bless you

In Christ,

Emmanuel Entee

My primary objective in some earlier visits in other nations was two fold:

1. Reconciliation. To network with local leaders & ministries who share same burden to look into areas in history where injustices commited has brought wounds, sense of lostness & hopelessness, distortions of true identity, destorted view of Christ & of God's character;to seek God's healing & restoration through humility, true acts of repentance & forgiveness---unconditional embrace.

2. Missions. To create mission awareness within the African-American community through networks, seminars, creating short-term mission-based training & short-term missions trips opportunities.

Most of this ministry efforts I've been involved recently is within the African American communities in the US. It's a huge mission field but also a massive potential for mission mobilization for global missions. The challenge is enormous but I trust God to strengthen my heart in faith for breakthroughs.

Most of my ministry efforts will be commited primarily to African & Africa American.I'm also very much commited to see indeginous Arts,Worship,Music & other cultural expressions used to glorify God as well as being a tool for the great commission.

Next year(2003), I will spend 5 months (Feb - July) in South Africa leading a 12- week training program on Humanities. There is one week segment on Arts which I will need your imput & help.I want this particular week to be an 'Arts festival' with workshops on various spheres of Arts and evenings of multi-ethnic/cultural worship & music celebrations. I feel in South Africa, we can celebrate our unity in diversity (culturally, ethnically & racially) to make declaration of Christ & His redemption for all peoples through the Arts. I've never done this before,we don't have the necessary logistics, finances etc. to see the 'Festival of Arts' happening. I will appreciate anyway or form you can help to make this happen. I need resource people for the workshops, music & worship artists, drama artist, etc. I will send you the brochure of the school/training program if you can mail me your address.

I look forward to your imput in anyway you can. Please for me as I step walk in this new territories.

God Bless.

In Christ,

Emmanuel
