WHAT IS GOD DOING WITH THIS TODAY? - include a note about how this whole realm seems to be something God is focusing on raising up in a major way especially in the past 7-10 years or so internationally, and how He is able to use musicians/artists ranging from amateur to professional/performing artists, etc.
HISTORY - perhaps a bit of history about music and the arts in missions - or the lack of it, in order to present the following encouraging note...
MISSIONS COMMUNITY RECOGNITION - perhaps include a note about how the international missions community is increasingly recognizing the need to utilize every gift that God has given the Church, including the vital aspect of the arts, in aiding the nations in becoming part of the Kingdom of God and wholehearted worshippers of Jesus Christ as in Rev.
ENVISIONING:
- perhaps present the following picture for people to envision...a picture of
the world, with the Middle East, (10/40 window) in the front and center. Above
that, where the sky would be, you have something like the Shekinah glory of
God representing His multi-faceted character - multi-faceted like a diamond
- where each aspect of His amazing character is being reflected from Him down
to the various nations/peoples…and then once His character is beginning
to be grasped by the peoples/nations, His character is reflected back up to
Him through the various expressions of heart-worship of each diverse and unique
people group, which is what He's desiring from all nations….part of His
beautiful artwork! (I'd love to see this turned into a logo sometime but don't
know how to do it, yet).
