BUSINESS AND MISSIONS http://www.gospelcom.net/bgc/emis/pulsearticles/global.htm
The February 21, 2003 issue of World Pulse included a Commentary article
by
Paul Borthwick entitled "Business Can Heal The Community."
Drawing on
examples from around the world, Borthwick shows how business can be
a
telling and vital force in missions. For example, in Uganda the Kampala
Evangelical School of Theology trains people to be "biz-missionaries
-
combining business and theological training. Integra works in Central
and
Eastern Europe and the name of the organisation derives from their commitment
to produce leaders who are able to integrate faith and character and
business in
an effort to serve as salt and light in the world. If you would like
